At Eternal Jewelry we stand behind our products. We offer high quality handcrafted heirloom jewelry. With proper care your jewelry will last a lifetime. We offer a one-year limited warranty on all our jewelry. We will service your jewelry for free, for up to one year of your purchase date. For all services, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our shop. Please make sure to contact us prior to sending your jewelry in for service.
The one-year warranty service includes:
* Ring Resizing (limit one)
* Tightening prongs on your center stone
* Rebuilding damaged prongs
* Cleaning/polishing
* Other craftsmanship issues will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Our one-year limited warranty service EXCLUDES:
* Loss or theft center stone
* Loss or theft of ring
* Damage caused by performing daily chores and/or physical activities while wearing your jewelry
* Damage caused by harsh blows or other artificial abuse
Any alterations (such as resize or repair) done by another jeweler will automatically VOID the warranty. For exclusions, or after the one year is up, please contact us. We will gladly provide repairs for reasonable fees.
Charles and Colvard Moissanite Gems come with a Manufacturer's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
